 Shawn Bandick is originally from British Columbia, Canada. He and his wife, Suzanne, were very happy there but, they desired a new playground. A tropical playground was what they decided on. So, they sold their businesses and packed up what fit in their Toyota 4 runner (not much since their 2 kids who were at that time ages 8 and 11 wanted to bring most of their stuffed animals along) and headed to Mexico in 2001. They spent a year in Puerto Vallarta on the west coast and had a wonderful time. Awesome people but very well developed and they wanted someplace with more business potential so they ended up in Playa del Carmen, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico. Lots of potential for growth, excitement, adventure and the most beautiful beaches and palm trees...they invite you to come and play with them. Shawn has a marketing, business and business analyst background. He also has experience in architectural millwork and design work. |

 Jorge Penkoff was born in Mexico City and has lived in Cancun, Florida, and now Playa del Carmen with his wife, Adriana, and their 3 children. He and his family have over 20 years experience in Cancun and Mayan Riviera real estate. Adriana is also one of the founders and currently the principal of a terrific bi-lingual private school here. By the way, Jorge knows pretty well everyone from here to Cancun so he always knows who can do something or where to get whatever you need. Don’t be afraid to ask! |
